Dishwasher safe but hand wash recommended to preserve enamels gloss and durability. Soak to remove baked on food. Avoid using abrasive cloths or brushes as this may scratch the surface. Avoid dropping the item as this may chip the enamel coating. Oven safe to 270 degrees Celsius.
